Membership, Course, and Programs Outline and Access

Collective Employment Relations offers various programs and services, including ongoing memberships, courses, and workshops. Details of each program, including access duration and content updates, will be provided at the time of purchase. 


Eligibility

Collective Employment Relations’ services are suitable for those who are in or working towards an HR role, or who look after the HR function in their business.


Membership Specifics

Membership includes various elements such as regular live trainings and Q&As, training videos, downloadable documents, and access to a private community.

Behaviour

Members are expected to behave politely and respectfully within all programs. Offensive or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the membership or course.


Fees and Payment Terms

The cost of programs and services is set at the time of purchase and excludes GST. Payment options include monthly or annual membership subscriptions via Stripe, Pay Advantage or invoice. Changes to service content or pricing may occur. you will be provided with 60 days notice of such change. 


Refunds and Cancellation

- Courses: No refunds are available for online courses.

- Membership: Members can cancel within 7 days notice

- Live Programs: Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 10 working days prior to the program start date. Post this period, no refunds are provided, but options to apply the fee to other programs or reschedule are available.


Contact and Schedule

Programs will run continuously with training material, live Q&As, and masterclass sessions provided as scheduled. Unforeseen postponements will be rescheduled promptly.


Disclaimers

Training provided is general information and not bespoke advice. Documents and resources are guides or examples. Seek professional legal advice for specific concerns. We are not responsible for actions taken based on the information provided.


Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

We limit liability for harm resulting from using our services to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our liability is capped at the fees received in the six months preceding any claim. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of these terms.


Privacy and Confidentiality

Your personal data is protected per our privacy policy. Confidential information accessed during membership must not be disclosed. Unauthorized disclosure may result in dismissal from the membership.


Intellectual Property

Training content and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Collective Employment Relations. You may use these materials for learning but cannot reproduce or distribute them without permission.


Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of those provisions.


Errors and Inaccuracies

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to service delivery, pricing, or promotion without prior notice.

We strive for complete satisfaction. Any complaints should be directed to info@collectiveEr.com.au


General

We may contact you via email for legal communications. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us. If any provision is deemed unlawful, the remaining provisions remain effective. Updates to these terms will be communicated as necessary.
